Getting to Terre Blanche

Terre Blanche is only 45 minutes away from Nice International Airport and 35 minutes from Cannes station. Getting here is easy – the Pays de Fayence is well connected to the A8 motorway. The resort also has a private helipad for helicopter transfers.

Body treatments

Discover 100% natural treatments with rich and voluptuous textures by KOS Paris. Formulated using noble, precious extracts from the plant kingdom, rich in powerful, active ingredients, KOS Paris’s wraps, scrubs and body butters will leave your skin soft, firm, nourished and hydrated.

Facial treatments

Experience the anti-ageing know-how of VALMONT through a plethora of targeted treatments that are immediately recognisable thanks to the Butterfly Movement. Each beauty ritual features a signature treatment. At KOS Paris, there are two facial treatments, which offer lifting, soothing and hydrating benefits for skin that glows and is visibly rejuvenated.

Massages

Our massages use 100% natural oils, and are offered in the intimate and peaceful surroundings of our treatment rooms by expert therapists, granting you a sensation of absolute wellbeing. Depending on your desired results, choose from a large selection of relaxing, circulatory, energetic and targeted massages.

Sauna

With a dry heat of 85°C, the sauna will help eliminate toxins from your body and trigger feelings of wellbeing thanks to a release of endorphins, helping you sleep and relax. To revitalise yourself, head towards the nearby ice fountain and give your body a rub to close your pores.

Steam Room

The benefits of a steam room speak for themselves. Heated to 45°C, the hot steam helps open pores and eliminate toxins. Not only does it detoxify the body, but a steam room is also the perfect place to relax, unwind and release muscular tension.

Vitality Pool

You will find the Vitality Pool at the end of the swimming pool, heated to 35°C. Outside, relax in the heart of nature, enjoying the bubble beds, water jets and gentle fountains.

Indoor Swimming Pool

The Spa’s jewel in the crown. With its white pillars, big bay windows opening onto the garden and sunshine streaming in through the skylight, our indoor pool is the very definition of opulence. Heated to 28°C, this 20 m pool is dedicated to relaxation and keeping in shape. Plunge into the deep blue waters and soothing atmosphere.

Sensory Shower

With its different flow settings, the sensory shower will awaken different sensations as the water touches your body. Experience this unique feeling in an area which is entirely dedicated to wellness and relaxation.

Laconium

The laconium is the first stage before a sauna. Heated to 40°C, with a humidity level of just 20%, it is a perfect way to acclimatise yourself to sweating sessions. It is also an alternative for people who do not enjoy the extreme heat of a sauna or the high humidity of a steam room.

Classes in the pool

The Terre Blanche Spa offers a myriad of group classes in the pool designed and led by our professional instructors for everyone who wants to experience the benefits of exercising in the water, whatever their fitness level. Perfect for getting in shape or improving fitness levels, our different classes are an ideal way of unwinding, losing weight, sculpting your body or building endurance at your own pace.

Fitness Classes

Every day from 8:00am to 11:45am and from 6:45pm to 8:30pm, discover a wide range of classes at different intensity levels tailored for those at beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. Led by qualified fitness instructors, we offer group or individual classes to support you in achieving all of your sporting goals. Pilates, Zumba, cardio circuit training, hatha yoga, stretching, core training… There are a multitude of different classes to try.

Fitness club

With its state-of-the art equipment, our fitness club provides a complete sports training programme encompassing cardio, strength training and improved flexibility. The club is equipped with Skillrow rowing machines, connected treadmills, free weights, Technogym Plurima & Kinesis training stations and more. In total, our fitness club has over a hundred exercises of all levels on offer.

Huber Motion Lab

Integrating over 400 exercises, the Huber Motion Lab allows you to work on all your joints, as well as both deep and superficial muscles, using its platform system and powered handles. With this truly cutting-edge technology in our fitness club, you will be well on the way to reducing muscle tension, improving flexibility and refining, sculpting and toning your body whilst reducing fat and eliminating toxins.

Hairdressing Salon

Wellness is also about haircare, so you won’t be surprised to find a hairdressing salon in the Spa. Offering shampoo and haircare products by DAVINES, our salon takes an eco-friendly approach that respects your hair, guaranteeing strength and radiance. Manicure Salon

Indulge yourself at the Manicure Salon with a beauty treatment for your hands and feet, choosing from a large selection of OPI nail polishes.

APPOINTMENT
Please kindly arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your treatment time. In case of late arrival, the time devoted to your treatment cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, please kindly note that the full amount will be charged.

PREGNANT CUSTOMERS
We have created special treatments for pregnant customer above 3 months pregnancy.

HEALTH MATTERS
The Spa treatments are intended exclusively for people in good health. A health questionnaire must be completed before any Treatment appointment. The Spa is a non-medicalized environment and all the pro- grammes carried out are for a well-being purpose.

CHILDREN BELOW 15 YEARS OLD
Children under 15 are welcome from 2.00 to 6.00 pm if accompanied by an adult in an authoritative position, including treatments and massages.
Children are not allowed in the Spa pool and fitness areas from the 1st of July to the 31st of August.
