The villa can accommodate very comfortably up to 10 adult guests to stay overnight in a luxurious style. All five bedrooms have been beautifully designed with gorgeous en-suite bathrooms. 2 additional beds can be conveniently added in order to accommodate children. Benefiting from its perched location, Villa Phoenix has an exquisite full sea view over the Mediterranean Sea and the peninsula of Cap Ferrat. Yet it is situated only a short walk away from the beach of Eze Bord de Mer and only a few minutes away from Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, the charming village of Eze, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Monaco is just 15 minutes away, offering cultural and historical sights, world-class shopping, fine dining and a broad range of entertainment and cultural programmes (including the casinos, opera, exhibitions and nightlife), in one of the most exclusive cities in the world. Monaco is also the home to the Formula One Grand Prix, the Yacht Show and other renowned international events.

Èze

Èze Village, lying between Nice and Monaco, is basically two villages on three levels. The lowest is Èze-sur-Mer, through which the Nice–Monaco railway line runs. 427 m higher is Èze (Èze-Village). This medieval village, built on the very top of a hill, is today one of the places on the French Riviera most-visited by tourists. No wonder, because the views from above are so magnificent that they are almost unreal. The village is like a castle, with thick stone walls richly covered with colorful flowers.

Each building could tell you its own story, especially about the famous people who have visited Èze. One of these was Walt Disney, who stayed in a hotel occupying old tenement houses on the slope – the Château de la Chèvre d’Or (Palace of the Golden Goat). Strolling through the narrow streets, you will easily find the entrance to this luxurious hotel. Before that, however, you will pass many small shops, restaurants, galleries, and workshops of local craftsmen.

At the top of the hill in Èze is an exotic garden (Jardin Exotique d’Èze). This is the second most beautiful object of this type on the French Riviera, after the impressive exotic garden in Monaco. The garden in Èze offers, above all, an unforgettable view of the Cote d’Azur. Absolutely, you can not miss this attraction while in the village! It was the view that Friedrich Nietzsche admired while creating his most important work: Thus Spoke Zarathustra.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat  is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in Southeastern France. Cap Ferrat was named in 2012 as the second most expensive residential location in the world after Monaco.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is located on a peninsula next to Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer and extends out to Cap Ferrat. Its tranquility and warm climate make it a favourite holiday destination among the European aristocracy and international rich who visit the French Riviera.

The main residence is the Villa des Cèdres, which has been owned by Marnier-Lapostolle (the founder of Grand Marnier) since 1924 and is now in part a botanical garden called the Jardin botanique Les Cèdres.

In 1905, Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild chose Cap Ferrat to build a Tuscan-style palazzo, now known as Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild museum. This very scenic location can be rented under special conditions to host galas and events in the lush park and gardens. Today Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat has probably some of the most expensive real estate in the world, and continues to attract the rich. 

Villefranche-sur-Mer

Villefranche-our-Mer is a resort town in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region on the French Riviera. Villefranche-sur-Mer is immediately to the east of the city of Nice, along Mont Boron, Mont Alban and Mont Vinaigrier, and 6.2 mi (10.0 km) south-west of Monaco. The bay (rade) of Villefranche is one of the deepest natural harbours of any port in the Mediterranean Sea and provides safe anchorage for large ships from easterly winds. Reaching depths of 320 ft (95 m) between the Cape of Nice and Cap Ferrat; it extends to the south to form a 1,700 ft (500 m) abyss known as the undersea Canyon of Villefranche at about one nautical mile off the coastline.
