La Belle Epoque

A substantial and exclusive Villa in the heart of Cannes.  The Villa dates back to 1910 and has been fully restored to its original opulence with the addition of all the essential modern amenities, making it the perfect destination on the Cote d’Azur for family holidays, corporate off-sites, parties and entertaining.

The Villa can accommodate 18 guests and in it’s 800 square metres of living space offer tranquil elegant space to relax. All of the rooms, 11 bedrooms, 5 principal reception rooms and 2 family rooms , are elegantly furnished with antiques and fully air-conditioned/heated. The Villa has a substantial terrace that can accommodate up to 400 guests. The swimming pool and jacuzzi can be heated to 37c  – when temperatures drop in winter they offer all year round swimming.

The Villa is located less than a 10 minute walk to the Croissette and Palais du Festival giving quick and easy access to the heart of Cannes and to the beach.
