The property is nestled in a beautiful quiet residential area below Eze village, overlooking the middle of the bay of Eze. This part of the French Riviera is one of the most scenic stretches of coast between Nice and Monte Carlo. The villa is situated with 180º views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding coastal cliffs. It features a dramatic infinity pool with unobstructed views, and is a short walk to the beach.
The accommodation is on two levels, and is composed of a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped open concept kitchen spanning to the terrace, and five bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and Mediterranean Sea views. Also included is a rooftop terrace featuring panoramic views of the coast: the perfect place for sunset cocktails.
