With its endless meadows, olive trees, lavender fields and breathtaking sea views, the Domaine de l’Estérel counts 3 sumptuous, independent villas that can be rented together or separately.Every room is unique and full of elegance and thanks to carefully chosen luxury items and to the permanent attention given to comfort, guests may benefit from high-standard services.

The park is completely rethought and remodeled to serve as a case of the various villas, emphasize them while creating coherence between nature and built.In the heart of the domain, a very attractive lake of a capacity of 9000m3 of water was cleaned to answer to the water requirements of the created arrangements.
The plants you will meet are typically Mediterranean and sometimes endemic of the site.

A discovery route of more than 2,7km was fitted out through magnificent wild and protected places, meadows, pine forest, fig trees, fields of lavender and a very remarkable field of 200 olive-trees.

All these and more make the Domaine de l’Estérel one of the most exclusive properties on the Côte d’Azur.

Villa Mistral

This magnificent house is the jewel of the Domaine de l’Esterel. A quite particular attention was brought to the choice of the furniture and the decoration. Its volume makes it the most spacious of the 3 villas. With its 1000 square metre livable, it has the majestuosity of a Provencal castle.
Its natural stone, present everywhere, the beauty of selected materials, the refinement of the decoration makes it one of the most beautiful houses of the Côte d’Azur.

The entrance of the Villa is majestic. As soon as the door opens, you discover a plunging view over the bay of Cannes. Nights offer an amazing show that we can estimate with a telescope, discovering the islands of Lérins, approachable by boat in 5 minutes from the bearing of Théoule sur mer.

At Villa Mistral, one has the strange feeling that one is in paradise, so much has been thought for the beauty of the eyes, the body and the spirit. Everything has been designed to entertain in calm and serenity, while also having the possibility of taking a dip in the crowd.
The reception rooms located in the left wing are sumptuous with charm and refinement. There is also the kitchen and its outbuildings as well as a magnificent office as equipped as that of a company’s CEO. In the right wing are the bedrooms and the relaxation room which is a spacious games room that can be transformed into a discotheque, which allows you to organise great parties with friends or family on any occasion.

Ground floor:

4 rooms  equipped either with king-size beds or double beds each having  their dressing room and bathroom decorated with style.

1st floor:

1 Master Suite with its lounge, its vast dressing room and its bathroom.A very privileged space where the host of the house can withdraw and estimate the sight on the bay of Cannes.

Kitchen and Dependences

The spacious kitchen with its office and its reserve arrange several refrigerators, ovens and very modern equipment. It was designed to allow the work of a team of professional cooks. In the Villa Mistral, the Art of entertaining was not forgotten. Luxurious services of dishes and glasses make a place where one feels as welcomed as in most luxury hotels of the Côte d’Azur.
