Mas d’Eygalieres

 

 

This is a lovely renovated farmhouse a few kilometres from Eygalieres, down a secret drive in a very peaceful location, surrounded by vines and olive groves, with wonderful views of the Alpilles. The garden is filled with colourful flowers, palms and lavender.
The original part of the house with its vaulted ceilings, dates from the 16th century, and has been sympathetically restored by the current owners. A particular attraction is the traditional kitchen which meticulously reflects Provencal style, but with all modern appliances.

The large swimming pool (16 x 8) is a few steps down from the main shaded terrace, and has its own summer kitchen with fridge and BBQ.
There is air-conditioning throughout and satellite TV, and Wi-fi.

Chateau de Tourreau

 

 

Chateau de Tourreau, dating from the 17th century, has been totally re-furbished over the last few years and is now one of the most exquisite private properties available to rent in Provence. Situated in the heart of the Rhone valley, within easy reach of Avignon, Orange and Aix-en-Provence, and close to the vineyards in Chateauneuf du Pape, Vacqueras and Gigondas, the estate embraces 17 acres of mature wooded parkland, elegant formal gardens, orchards and streams.

The property features a large swimming pool with summer kitchen, a flood lit tennis court, a basketball court, a squash court, a gym and also a consecrated chapel. There is air-conditioning and wi-fi throughout, satellite TV, covered parking for up to 8 cars and a heli-pad.

This property is very suitable for family reunions, weddings, special events and business meetings.
The accommodation is divided between the Chateau and the farmhouse: guests can rent the Chateau on its own or with extra rooms in the farmhouse.
The linen is changed twice weekly, and breakfast is included daily.
