Set within more than a hectare of beautifully landscaped grounds, Villa Eze occupies a magnificent position high above Èze, with breathtaking 360-degree views extending across the medieval village, the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula and the endless Mediterranean.

Extending across 450 sqm, the villa’s light-filled interiors are designed to make the most of the spectacular setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the views, while elegant reception and television lounges, inviting fireplaces, a reading corner and a generous dining space create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Seven beautifully appointed bedroom suites accommodate up to 14 guests, each enjoying spectacular views.

On the ground floor, a spacious double or twin suite opens onto a private terrace and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The first floor is home to four further suites. Three have private terraces, while the largest also features a fireplace, television and luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower.

On the second floor, the principal suite has a four-poster bed, private terrace, sitting area and bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. The final suite offers two double beds, a fireplace, private terrace and its own kitchenette, making it particularly well suited to a family.

Outside, days can be spent beside the infinity pool, relaxing in the Jacuzzi overlooking the Mediterranean or dining beneath the stars. A private gym and an excellent choice of indoor and outdoor games provide plenty of entertainment, while daily housekeeping, a housekeeper and the services of a private chef allow guests to enjoy the Côte d’Azur lifestyle effortlessly.
